• Identifying Issues Early - 
  During maintenance, our engineers look for early warning signs like corrosion, misaligned joints, or restricted flow, so they can be addressed before they escalate.
• Cleaning and Clearing - 
  We clear all internal drainage lines, including kitchen and urinal pipework, to remove scale, fat, grease, and debris. This prevents slow drainage, foul smells, and blockages in high use areas.
• Grease Traps - 
  Essential for commercial kitchens, we inspect and clean grease traps to stop fats, oils, and grease (FOG) from entering the main drainage system and causing system wide issues.
• ACO Channels & Gullies - 
  We maintain all ACO drainage and surface gullies by removing leaves, silt, and general debris. This helps prevent external flooding and standing water around your property.
• SVP (Soil Vent Pipe) Maintenance - 
  All soil vent pipes are inspected to ensure waste drains properly and the system stays ventilated, helping avoid pressure build up, odours, or gurgling sounds.
• Manhole Checks - 
  Accessible manholes are lifted and inspected for blockages, debris, or early signs of damage. Regular checks reduce the risk of underground system failures.
• Jetting & Descaling - 
  We use high pressure water jetting and mechanical descaling equipment to remove stubborn build up and restore flow in heavily scaled or slow moving pipe sections.
• Reporting & Documentation - 
  After each visit, you’ll receive a detailed report outlining what was cleaned or inspected, any issues found, and recommendations for further action if needed.
